Hurt-a poem from long ago

Why do people proceed on hurting others?

Why do people want to end their lives?

I can't understand what they are thinking

I want to be there to help but I can't


Do they think it's fun to hurt me and

play with my emotions?

I'm beginning to think so


I can't stand idly by anymore

And watch them end their lives


It's something I can't do

Not now, not ever

I hate watching people hurt


I hate hurting because of them

I hate their stupidity

I hate the fact that they

Are trying to hurt those that

Love them the most


I hate their stupidity

I hate most of all that they

Are hurting me and the ones

That love them the most
